When i was a kid i wanted to make my own personal diary .. It started when i was excatly 7, i had some troubles to communicate with my family so i decided to let them know what is heppenning on my mind by writing . i began with letters then after i bought a notebook for daily puropose but i faced so many obstacles & dilemmas such as the choice of the language , the fear of their reactions ect . I blamed school for they don’t let us express the artist who exist in each of us . Now that iam an adult iam more aware of the importance of this kind of journals so as many others said before me this is a why not idea to make a gratitude journal a good start for those like me who wants to change their life : p
