Forgiving another person or yourself will set you free and allow you to experience more of the joy and love that life offers. If you find it impossible to forgive the person who hurt you or did something wrong to you in the past, focus on the good that came from the situation because it exists. As you begin to focus on the good in that situation, you will begin to see it from another perspective. When you find enough good in it, you will actually feel grateful for the situation. In that moment, you will be able to forgive.
